1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Linqin.ai website and services ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. Linqin.ai is a product owned and operated by Katteb LLC. Any references to "Linqin," "we," "us," or "our" in these Terms refer to Katteb LLC and its subsidiary product, Linqin.ai.

2. Company Information

Linqin.ai is a subsidiary product of Katteb LLC, a limited liability company. Katteb LLC is the legal entity responsible for the development, operation, and maintenance of the Linqin.ai platform. All legal obligations, data processing responsibilities, and service commitments described herein are undertaken by Katteb LLC.

3. Description of Service

Linqin.ai provides AI-powered LinkedIn analytics, content generation, and engagement tools ("the Service"). The Service is designed to help professionals and businesses grow their LinkedIn presence through intelligent content strategies and performance analytics.

Important: Linqin.ai operates exclusively through LinkedIn's official APIs and authorized integration methods. We do not use any unofficial, reverse-engineered, or unauthorized methods to access LinkedIn's platform.

4. LinkedIn API Usage & Data Boundaries

Our Service integrates with LinkedIn through official, authorized API endpoints. By using Linqin.ai, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Official API Only: All interactions with LinkedIn are conducted through LinkedIn's official API. We comply fully with LinkedIn's API Terms of Use and Developer Program policies.
  • No Access to Private Data: We do not access, read, store, or process your private LinkedIn messages, InMail conversations, connection requests, or any other private communications.
  • No Account Credential Storage: We do not store your LinkedIn login credentials (username or password). Authentication is handled securely through LinkedIn's OAuth 2.0 protocol.
  • Limited Scope: Our API access is strictly limited to publicly available profile information, post analytics, and content publishing capabilities that you explicitly authorize.
  • No Unauthorized Scraping: We do not engage in web scraping, screen scraping, or any form of unauthorized data extraction from LinkedIn's platform.

5. User Accounts & Responsibilities

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You represent and warrant that:

  • All information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete.
  • You will maintain the security of your account credentials.
  • You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You will promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • You have the right and authority to connect your LinkedIn account to our Service.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with LinkedIn's User Agreement and Professional Community Policies. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk automated content.
  • Violate LinkedIn's terms of service or community guidelines through your use of our Service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, its servers, or related systems.
  • Use the Service to harvest or collect personal information of other LinkedIn users without their consent.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
  • Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Katteb LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Katteb LLC.

8. Subscription & Payments

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your selected plan.
  • Provide accurate and complete billing information.
  • Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy and applicable laws.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Katteb LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
  • Changes to LinkedIn's API, policies, or platform that may affect the Service.

11. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Katteb LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. LinkedIn may change its API or policies at any time, which may affect the availability or functionality of certain features.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Katteb LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
